Aitheras LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients in the legal field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple litigation support projects simultaneously, with excellent communication, management, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all case-related support, ensuring effective communication with government case managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and opposing counsel
  • Manage a caseload of 6-10 moderately active, moderately-sized cases, adjusting as needed for extremely large or active cases
  • Develop and execute detailed plans to address litigation support needs, including monitoring workflow, progress reporting, staff assignment, budget development and tracking, and resource coordination
  • Coordinate technical/data processing and eDiscovery support for cases, utilizing expert knowledge of relevant tools and platforms
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time
  • Maintain proper security for all project materials in accordance with Department security procedures
  • Collaborate with other Contractor components to deliver exceptional project support
  • When operating out of a Document Center, coordinate or receive direction from the Lead Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required; Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred
  • At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects
  • Expert knowledge of litigation support, eDiscovery procedures, and relevant tools and platforms, including Oracle, Relativity, Trial Director, and ESI tools
  • Familiarity with office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet and server-based databases, and document review platforms
  • Outstanding writing, oral communication, and management skills
  • Ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously
  • Experience with NUIX and FOIA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate litigation support needs and develop detailed plans for addressing them
