Job Description

About the Role: As a Supervisor/Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in organizing, directing, and managing day-to-day onsite operations, supporting and maintaining functions across all offices where contracted services are provided.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Formulating and enforcing work standards.
  • Assigning contractor schedules and communicating organizational policies.
  • Assisting in supervising Contractor employees and reviewing work discrepancies.
  • Facilitating communications and maintaining high productivity and service levels.
  • Managing business operations improvements and project plans.
  • Interface with clients on project issues and support management of various projects.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • High school degree with 4 years, Associate degree with 2 years, or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in the preparation, management, and execution of project plans.
  • Experience in process/procedural updates and project management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Experience in managing personnel in a professional environment.
